Must Haves of the Moment

Hey all,
   Hope your day is treating you well so far! So today, I'm going to do something a little different. I'm going to give you guys a list of my must haves right now as we slowly shift into spring.

                               

these are a few of my favorite things

First on my list is the Kenra dry shampoo. As I've stated in several previous posts, I do not wash my hair on the daily for several reasons. I've always bought my dry shampoo from drugstores but given I still keep my aesthetician license going... I'm able to go to the beauty supply houses and get amazing salon products for super cheap. Dove dry shampoo was typically my go to but I was never crazy about it. I made a trip to the supply house and browsed the Kenra section (I've loved every product of there's I've ever tried) and came across this. I knew after the first use Dove was history. Second, Rodan + Fields Eyelash Boost. Yes, I sell this product BUT I am not one to push it on someone. I am very passionate about things I know work. I would never try to sell something to someone without trying it for myself first. I have been using this particular product for about 2 weeks and I already have lashes coming in that weren't there before, along with making my others lashes super long and darker. I used to wear false eyelashes a lot back in the day and I just got tired of applying them each day. But with this amazing product, now I don't have to! Eyelash Boost

Third thing, these amazing Adidas Superstar Sneakers with a Gold Toe Metal Cap. I mean, can a pair of sneakers be any more beautiful?! I've always been a fan of the Adidas brand but when I came across these beauties, it was love at first site. Fourth thing on the list are these rose gold sunnies with pink frames. Cat eyes are all the rage as we step into this spring season and why not add a little color flare to the look? Okay, so I have been a Ray-Ban girl for a few years now and don't get me wrong, they are a timeless brand. Plus, you can NEVER go wrong with a pair of good aviators. Butttttt Momma needed a change. If I'm going to do this whole blog thing and put some of my focus on fashion, then I am going to have to step out of my comfort zone a little and QUAY allows me to do so. They have the cutest, most trendy sunglasses that I have laid eyes on, and they prices are nice as well. My favorite thing about them though is the way they hold up. When you hold them, you can just tell they are made well. A bonus is that they come with a sleeve for protection as well. I snagged these from ASOS but they are sold out now. I actually found them cheaper at this website though. QUAY sunnies

Next up, BAUBLEBAR!!!! If you have followed me on Insta then you already know, I'm a little obsessed with this jewelry brand. So obsessed in fact, my husband wanted to get me a diamond necklace for Christmas and I was like ummm no. Just get me all the Baublebar, so he did. Their statement pieces are my favorite and these scream spring to me with the beautiful colors and the white, it's just fresh pop of color. I'm a sucker for pairing statement earrings with a sneakers + jeans look and pulling my hair back in a messy pony. It just makes me feel a little more dressed up. Last but not least...do you all remember that mom bag I had talked about purchasing a few posts back? Well, here it is. Might I just say, these pictures DO NOT do this bag justice. I will have to get an outfit picture later on and maybe that will help. The color is a purple / taupe. It is by Dooney and Bourke and the color name is Oyster. The material is saffiano, which wipes off clean...which is great with kids. This tote is huge. It holds everything I need, and my babes stuff as well. If you guys haven't realized already, I'm a bit of a Dooney and Bourke snob. When I turned 16, my mom bought my first Dooney. She continued to purchase one for me every year after that until I graduated from high school. She has bought me a few since then but I think she has turned the tradition over to my husband. I've had other name brand bags but Dooney is my favorite. They are timeless, they are so very durable and you don't see everyone carrying them. Hence, I like to be different. They may be a little more expensive then what some would spend, but to me, it is TOTALLY worth it. Mommy Tote
